RFID - Security Access Control

Security access control

RFID technology was born and developed more than 20 years ago in the field of security together with the technologies in the segment of control access.

The transmission of data inside the ISO card are transmitted to the reader with the distance of few centimetres trough a controller and software of management.

The first frequencies were 125 khz, but they were considered not to be safe enough and they have been using for more than 10 years technologies at 13,56 Mhz, more safe and protected against the attempts of cloning.

For the control access Longe Range , readings of 4/6/10 metres they use active or passive tags or badges.

The management of the things, objects or devices is a new application in the FRID world.

This application works through portable readers (palmtop) or cell phones, in order to read or write wherever it is useful on the field where we can find the elements to control, equipped with tags, to certify that they are making a maintenance.

On tag  it will possible to read the identification data of the device , or of the object and write the operations of maintenance with a palmar or a phone.
